Weekly Update - 28th November
Good morning friends
This Sunday is the first Sunday in Advent and we will be gathering together to begin our Advent journey on Sunday morning in the Centre as usual: the words and notices for that service are attached. After the service we'll enjoy a bring and share lunch - so please do "bring and share" - and in the evening we'll meet at 6.30 for our monthly time of praise and prayer.
Before all that we'll be taking part in the Church of Scotland's day of prayer, uniting christians and congregations across Scotland in prayer for our Church. You can find out more here: https://www.churchofscotland.org.uk/worship/prayers/national-day-of-prayer but our plans are to gather together at 7pm on Saturday evening in the Community Centre to join in with the nationally livestreamed prayer event for an hour. Please do join us, or if not, take time to pray for the Church of Scotland at some point during the day.
