Who are We?

We are a group of christians who believe passionately in offering prayers for healing in Jesus name by the power of the Holy Spirit. We are part of Stockethill church of Scotland and have been at the centre since 2011 praying for physical, emotional and spiritual issues. We welcome all - whatever belief you may hold - whatever issues you may have.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanks-giving,present your requests to God. (Philippians 4:6)

About Us

We have a very relaxed atmosphere and there is no pressure. Come and join us for tea/coffee and a chat to decide for yourself.

He welcomed them and spoke to them about the kingdom of God and healed those who needed healing. (Luke 9:11)

When / Where

We meet in Cairncry Community centre on the 2nd Saturday of every month, except July.
From 10.30 - 12 AM

Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7)

What will Happen

When you arrive there will possibly be other activities going on in main hall. We are in cafe area to left of reception for centre. The area is divided in two. A welcoming and relaxed area where you will be offered tea or coffee and another quieter area where we can pray with you if wished.

On arriving you will be welcomed by one of the team who will ask you to fill in a brief information and consent form (our volunteer can help with that if appropriate).

You may find a number of people waiting and you can either join them and chat or sit by yourself at another table if more comfortable doing that. You are of course more than welcome to be accompanied by a friend. When our prayer volunteers are available (there are always 2 volunteers) and you are ready we will go to the other part of room to pray for you. Your form will have been reviewed but you will be asked how we can pray for you. We will explain how we're going to pray and the prayer session can last anything from 5 - 15 minutes. We will then ask how you are and may suggest further prayer. When you return to cafe area you are welcome to stay as long as you want.
